What we do

We design experiences for those who know that the best moments of a trip are not improvised — they are built with time, knowledge, and relationships we have spent decades cultivating. We are a DMC specialized in incentive and corporate travel across Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, and Peru.

Our main work is incentives: groups traveling to celebrate achievements, strengthen bonds, and experience something that no conference room could ever replicate.

To that universe are added the international agencies that entrust us with their high-luxury FIT programs, companies that manage their in-house incentives and look for a partner who knows the region in depth, and individual travelers who choose our Small Group Journeys to access experiences that, on their own, would be out of their reach.

INCENTIVES

The recognition that leaves a mark

Experiences designed to celebrate achievements, strengthen teams, and create moments that people remember long after. Incentive travel works when it generates something that formal recognition rarely achieves: a shared experience that brings people together and speaks to who they are as an organization.

We design itineraries for companies that understand real impact is measured by what participants are still talking about months later.

A polo day on an estate in greater Buenos Aires with a Creole lunch and an awards ceremony at sunset. A closing dinner at a Mendoza winery, with a winemaker, a long table under the vines, and a signature label. Torres del Paine as the backdrop for a finale that no ballroom can replicate. From incentives in Argentina to incentives in Chile, every program reflects the same standard of detail.

Every detail serves a purpose. Everything makes sense within the whole.

CORPORATE EVENTS

A well-designed event makes the message go further

Launches, conventions, gala dinners, leadership conferences: every format has a purpose. What we design is the experience that surrounds and enhances it.

An opening in a 19th-century palace that predisposes the group from the very first minute.

A midday activity, Argentine cooking class, tasting with a sommelier, cultural city tour that sparks real conversation.

A closing dinner at the Faena, with a live performance, in a space that turns the event into an experience. We operate in Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay with access to top-tier venues: the Teatro Colón, polo and rural estates, the Faena Art Center, El Zanjón de Granados, Mendoza wineries, Viña Casa del Bosque in Casablanca, an evening facing the Pacific in Viña del Mar, or a dinner under the starry sky of the Atacama Desert. From a polo day to a hands-on Argentine cooking class, every activity is designed as real team building — celebration and connection in equal parts.

The right event creates something that no presentation can create on its own: real connection between the people who experience it.

MEETINGS AND CONGRESSES

When the focus is on the content, the context must work in silence

Board meetings, annual conferences, sales conventions, industry congresses: every format requires an operation that frees up the organizing team and returns their attention to the program.

We select and coordinate venues, integrate audiovisual production, accreditation, transportation, and lodging, taking care of every moment of the event, from opening to closing, to make the meeting memorable. Meeting & Incentives programs across Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, and Peru, flowing with precision from start to finish.

The best corporate meeting is the one where the logistics are invisible and the content has the space it deserves.

INDIVIDUAL EXPERIENCES

Custom itineraries for those who know exactly what they are looking for

Executives and discerning travelers who expect a level of design and attention that conventional tourism cannot offer.

The selection of accommodation, the pace of the days, the quality of gastronomic encounters, the access to spaces and people outside the usual circuit, every decision reflects a deep understanding of what that trip should be. Buenos Aires with access to private collectors and galleries outside the open circuit.

Patagonia with specialized guides and character accommodations in every stretch. The Wine Route with visits to boutique wineries, dinners with winemakers, and nights on a private estate with a view of the mountain range. Perhaps the north—Atacama, Salta, and Jujuy—with access to communities and culture that conventional tourism does not reach.

Every itinerary is built through conversation. Every format is different. The dedication, always the same.

The more personal the experience, the more precise the understanding of the person designing it must be.
