Every operational decision has a direction. We choose suppliers, destinations, and formats that minimize impact and strengthen the communities where we operate.
We are a certified Sustainable Agency, with environmental management recognition, membership in SITE South America, AOCA, and MPI members.
In the operation
We work with local suppliers selected based on environmental and social criteria.
We prioritize restaurants with locally sourced cuisine, eco-certified hotels, and transport companies with emission reduction protocols.
We operate without unnecessary printing—all information is managed digitally. Menus are designed according to the requirements of each participant: vegan, vegetarian, kosher, halal.
In the community
Every territory we traverse gives us something. We return it by working alongside those who inhabit it, in the way that is most valuable to them.
We maintain a monthly donation to the CUBA Foundation, which supports families and children in vulnerable situations.
The food left over from our operation goes to community soup kitchens, instead of going to waste. And in several destinations, the itinerary includes concrete actions: school restoration, work with at-risk children, interventions that leave a direct and measurable improvement in the place.
These are not isolated gestures: they are part of how we design every experience. The territory gives us something unrepeatable; we leave something that endures.
